GKY has been approved by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) to serve as a Technical Assistance Provider for the Chesapeake Bay Stewardship Fund grant program.

NFWF’s Chesapeake Bay Stewardship Fund is dedicated to protecting and restoring the Chesapeake Bay by helping local communities clean up and restore their polluted rivers and streams.  The Stewardship Fund advances cost-effective and creative solutions by providing financial and technical assistance.  Working in partnership with government agencies and private corporations, the Stewardship Fund awards $8 million to $12 million per year through competitive grant programs and directed technical assistance.  The next grant Request for Proposal is expected to be announced in the Fall 2013.
